Eilean Eisdeal Arts Programme

The innovative and successful Eilean Eisdeal Arts Programme is now in its tenth year, and the hall has already proved itself to be an ideal venue for the range of quality arts events included in the Programme.

Since the hall re-opened in May 2003 the Arts Programme has included outstanding performances from a huge variety of artists and the entire list of past performers in the last nine years is shown in the panel on the right.

Music featured highly last year, with visits from Bert Jansch, Goler Jaan, Nikki King and Marcus Ford, Jock Tamson's Bairns, ceilidhs and island concerts.

In addition, monthly film showings in the hall by the Island's film society 'Easdale Paradiso' have proved very popular. A varied selection of films have been enjoyed by adults and children alike.

Ever-increasing audiences continue to enjoy the hall's unique island location, spectacular architecture and superb facilities, as well as appreciating the consistently high standard of performance and presentation which the Eilean Eisdeal Arts Programme offers.

The programme for 07/08 starts in the middle of April and will cover an even greater variety of events to cater for all tastes and ages. Please check out the event calendar for this year's dates.
